Readiness Tiers

Each stage maps to a stated readiness level

Progress through the framework is expressed as a Readiness Tier, so every sponsor, adviser and capital partner knows what has been completed and what remains.

Tier 1 — Registered Lead
Identify and Screen complete
Commercial fit has been assessed and the opportunity is registered, but there is no completed financial model and no documentation set.
Tier 2 — Shaped Opportunity
Shape complete, Prepare underway
The commercial model, delivery strategy and governance framework are complete, with the documentation set in progress.
Tier 3 — Fully Validated / Execution-Ready
Prepare and Validate complete
Full documentation set, specialist reports closed out, dataroom assembled and independent readiness validation passed.
