36M Capital was founded by Mlondolozi (“Mlo”) Hempe, a multidisciplinary entrepreneur and built environment professional whose experience spans property development, sustainability, architecture, strategic design, hospitality and venture creation.

His career combines institutional project experience with entrepreneurial execution, providing a practical understanding of how opportunities move from concept to delivery. This perspective shapes 36M Capital's approach to developing opportunities that are commercially credible, strategically positioned and capable of attracting long-term institutional participation.
